HeavenHR ist ein innovativer Anbieter von Softwarelösungen für HR und Payroll in Deutschland und wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unser Team im Bereich Verwaltung / Personal / Backoffice unterstützt. In dieser Schlüsselposition wirst du für verschiedene administrative Aufgaben verantwortlich sein, die mehr als nur die traditionelle Büroarbeit beinhalten.

Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen die Bearbeitung von Verträgen, Überweisungen, die Unterstützung bei der Rekrutierung sowie Koordination mit dem Steuerberater uvm. Du wirst eng mit allen Teams zusammenarbeiten, um reibungslose Prozesse zu gewährleisten und unsere Mitarbeiter bestmöglich zu unterstützen.

Requirements

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erfahrung im Bereich Verwaltung st von Vorteil

Verhandlungssicher Deutsch in Schrift und Wort

Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office

Proaktive und kommunikative Arbeitsweise
