Aktuell beschäftigen wir rund 1.000 Mitarbeiter an 18 Standorten in Deutschland, Österreich und sechs osteuropäischen Ländern. In den letzten Jahren haben wir kontinuierlich expandiert und suchen daher Verstärkung in zahlreichen Bereichen.

Für unseren Standort in Frankfurt suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Luftfracht Export, die/der unser Team stärkt.

Responsibilities

  • Eigenständige Abwicklung von Luftfracht-Exportsendungen unter Berücksichtigung aller relevanten Vorgaben und Prozesse
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung sämtlicher exportrelevanter Versand- und Zolldokumente
  • Korrespondenz und Abstimmung mit Kunden, Fluggesellschaften sowie internationalen Agenten
  • Durchführung der Sendungsabrechnung sowie Übernahme der damit verbundenen administrativen Tätigkeiten
  • Einholung von Frachtkosten, Einkaufsraten und Konditionen bei Dienstleistern und Partnern
  • Erstellung und Kalkulation von Angeboten für interne Netzwerk- und Kundenanfragen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zwischen allen beteiligten Geschäftspartnern

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder mehrjährige kaufmännische Erfahrung im Bereich Luftfracht Export
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und professionelles Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Sehr gute und verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office und AS/400
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Mehrarbeit
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Teamorientierung sowie hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Loyalität
  • Sorgfältige, gewissenhafte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue Aufgabenbereiche einzuarbeiten und zusätzliche Kenntnisse zu erwerben
