Requirements

PERAKENDE Müşterilerimizle güvene dayalı ilişkiler kuracak ve bu ilişkileri sürdürecek deneyimli bir Saha Destek Sorumlusu arıyoruz.

Bu pozisyonda başarılı olabilmek için iyi bir iletişimci olmanız, satış, pazarlama ve operasyon ekipleriyle birlikte çalışmanız ve müşterilerle yakın bir ilişki sürdürmeniz gerekmektedir.

VavaCars'ta Saha Destek Sorumlusu pozisyonundan ne beklenir:

  • Müşterilerimizin noter ile olan süreçlerinin yönetilmesi,
  • Noter operasyonunun kolaylaştırılması, çeşitli perakende operasyonel ihtiyaçların ele alınması dahil tüm çalışmaların gerçekleştirilmesi
  • Yöneticiniz ile zamanında alımı tamamlamak için araç teslimat randevularının takip edilmesi
  • Saha Standart Operasyonel Süreçlerini (SOP) kusursuz bir şekilde bilip ve uygulamanız,
  • Müşteri Merkezi Yöneticisi ve Saha SOP ile ilgili değişiklikleri, güncellemelerinin takip edilmesi
  • Müşteri Merkezi Yöneticisi ile birlikte, operasyon bölgenizdeki satın alma merkezlerindeki tüm ihtiyaçlara destek olunması
  • Tüm taraflarla (Müşteri Merkezi Yöneticileri, Operasyon Yöneticisi ve Noterler) güven ilişkisinin yönetilmesi
  • Geliştirme için bir zemin gördüğünüzde merkez ofise iletmeniz beklenmektedir.
