Αναζητούμε έναν/μία Account Manager που μπορεί να μετατρέπει τις ανάγκες των πελατών σε επιχειρηματικές ευκαιρίες, να χτίζει ισχυρές συνεργασίες και να συμβάλλει ενεργά στην ανάπτυξη των πωλήσεων της εταιρείας.

Ο Ρόλος με μια Ματιά

  • Διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη υφιστάμενου B2B πελατολογίου.
  • Ανάπτυξη νέων συνεργασιών και ευκαιριών πωλήσεων.
  • Προγραμματισμός και πραγματοποίηση συναντήσεων με πελάτες και συνεργάτες.
  • Συχνές επαγγελματικές μετακινήσεις και εταιρικά ταξίδια για συναντήσεις, ανάπτυξη συνεργασιών και εμπορικές δραστηριότητες.
  • Ορισμός και πραγματοποίηση δια ζώσης ραντεβού με πελάτες, καθώς και συμμετοχή σε συνέδρια και εταιρικές δράσεις, με στόχο την ανάπτυξη νέων συνεργασιών και του πελατολογίου.
  • Κατανόηση αναγκών και προώθηση λύσεων Cloud, Telecom και ICT.
  • Προετοιμασία και παρακολούθηση εμπορικών προτάσεων και προσφορών.
  • Διαπραγμάτευση εμπορικών όρων και διαχείριση της πώλησης έως το κλείσιμο.
  • Παρακολούθηση sales pipeline, CRM, στόχων και βασικών KPIs.
  • Συνεργασία με τεχνικές ομάδες για τον σχεδιασμό ολοκληρωμένων λύσεων.
  • Παρακολούθηση αγοράς και ανταγωνισμού για νέες ευκαιρίες ανάπτυξης.

Το προφίλ που αναζητούμε

  • 2–5 έτη εμπειρίας σε B2B Sales.
  • Εμπειρία στον κλάδο Τηλεπικοινωνιών ή/και ICT (απαραίτητη ή ισχυρά επιθυμητή).
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ (επιθυμητό).
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης.
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών.
  • Διαθεσιμότητα για συχνά εταιρικά ταξίδια και μετακινήσεις, ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες της θέσης.
  • Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες, για επίτευξη στόχων και ανάπτυξη μακροχρόνιων σχέσεων με πελάτες.
  • Οργανωτικότητα και αυτονομία στη χρήση CRM και σύγχρονων εργαλείων πωλήσεων.
