📌 Sales Account Manager

per conto di storica realtà industriale italiana leader nel settore del Contract Manufacturing B2B per il mondo cosmetico, specializzata nella progettazione, sviluppo e produzione di soluzioni full service nel segmento Make-up e Skin Care.

Il Ruolo & le principali Responsabilità:

La risorsa inserita avrà la responsabilità di gestire l’intero ciclo di vita del business sui mercati esteri di riferimento, con un focus strategico sulle aree USA ed EMEA. Operando a stretto contatto con il polo produttivo e i laboratori interni, la figura agirà da trait d'union commerciale e tecnico per garantire la perfetta messa a terra dei progetti dei clienti.

Le principali responsabilità saranno le seguenti:

  • Business Development & Account Management: Presidiare e incrementare il portafoglio clienti internazionale (brand finali, catene distributive), gestendo le trattative commerciali e la contrattualistica in totale autonomia.
  • Project Management Commerciale: Coordinare lo sviluppo dei progetti Custom e Private Label dall'acquisizione del brief iniziale, alla definizione delle quotazioni/pricing, fino all'evasione del primo ordine di produzione.
  • Interfaccia con il Polo Produttivo: Collaborare quotidianamente a stretto contatto con i team interni (R&D, Regulatory, Operations e Quality) per tradurre le esigenze del cliente in soluzioni industriali fattibili e ad alta marginalità.
  • Presidio Internazionale: Rappresentare l'azienda all'estero attraverso trasferte strategiche mirate e la partecipazione attiva ai principali eventi fieristici globali di settore (es. Cosmoprof, Make-up in, Luxepack).

Requirements

Requisiti Richiesti:

  • Esperienza di minimo 2 anni nel ruolo di Sales Account | Business Developer maturata esclusivamente nel settore del contoterzi cosmetico (Contract Manufacturing / B2B) o nel packaging cosmetico.
  • Comprovata conoscenza delle dinamiche industriali del Full Service e possesso di una rete di relazioni e contatti attivi con brand finali del mondo Make-up.
  • Fluente ed eccellente padronanza della lingua Inglese, la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera (es. Francese o Spagnolo) sarà considerata un forte plus.
  • Background accademico in discipline Economiche/Manageriali o in ambito Tecnico-Scientifico (Chimica, CTF), idealmente integrato da percorsi orientati al business.
  • Rigore analitico nella gestione dei budget e del P&L di area, forte dinamismo, spiccata sensibilità culturale nelle negoziazioni complesse e naturale propensione alla mobilità geografica.
