💡 Ο Ρόλος σου στην Ομάδα μας

Ως Sales Administrator, θα ενταχθείς στην καρδιά της Εμπορικής Διεύθυνσης. Θα είσαι ο συνδετικός κρίκος και το «πρόσωπο» της εταιρείας που επικοινωνεί καθημερινά με όλο το B2B πελατολόγιο της Inventor. Δημιουργείς σχέσεις εμπιστοσύνης, δίνεις λύσεις και διασφαλίζεις ότι η εμπειρία των συνεργατών μας είναι κορυφαία σε κάθε σημείο επαφής!

🎯 Τι θα κάνεις στην καθημερινότητά σου (Key Responsibilities)

  • Παρέχεις καθημερινή εξυπηρέτηση και υποστήριξη στο B2B πελατολόγιο μέσω τηλεφώνου & email (έλεγχος καρτέλας, σύνταξη προσφορών, ενημέρωση για την εμπορική πολιτική).
  • Διαχειρίζεσαι αιτήματα, ερωτήσεις, παράπονα, δίνεις πληροφορίες για προϊόντα, υπηρεσίες & διαδικασίες, επιλύοντας προβλήματα με στόχο τη διατήρηση και ενίσχυση της ικανοποίησης και πιστότητας των πελατών.
  • Αναλαμβάνεις την καταχώριση και ολοκληρωμένη διαχείριση παραγγελιών, επιστροφών, αλλαγών και ακυρώσεων.
  • Δημιουργείς αρχεία τιμοκαταλόγου για τις αλυσίδες και διαχειρίζεσαι τις διαδικασίες ανοίγματος νέων κωδικών προϊόντων.
  • Εκδίδεις και διαχειρίζεσαι τιμολόγια και λοιπά παραστατικά.
  • Καταχωρίζεις και επικαιροποιείς στοιχεία πελατών & συμβάσεων στο σύστημα ERP.
  • Διαχειρίζεσαι την πλατφόρμα Myinventor ως προς τη διαθεσιμότητα των προϊόντων και μεριμνάς για την επίλυση τεχνικών ή λειτουργικών ζητημάτων.
  • Υποστηρίζεις άμεσα την ομάδα Πωλήσεων και συνεργάζεσαι στενά με όλα τα εμπλεκόμενα τμήματα (Logistics, Τεχνική Υποστήριξη, Οικονομικό) για την αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών.

Requirements

  • Προϋπηρεσία: Τουλάχιστον 2 έτη σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο Sales Administration, Customer Service, Commercial Support ή Back Office Πωλήσεων (ιδανικά σε περιβάλλον B2B).
  • Γλώσσες & Tech: Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και εξοικείωση με συστήματα ERP (η γνώση Entersoft θα θεωρηθεί plus!).
  • Soft Skills: Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές & οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, problem-solving mindset, ομαδικό πνεύμα και ικανότητα διαχείρισης χρόνου σε απαιτητικό περιβάλλον.
  • Mobility: Άδεια οδήγησης και κατοχή μεταφορικού μέσου.
