Rinomato store milanese, punto di riferimento nella moda contemporanea e nel denim di fascia alta, è alla ricerca di un/una Sales Advisor da inserire nel proprio organico.

Il punto vendita rappresenta una vetrina fondamentale a contatto con una clientela locale e internazionale molto attenta alla qualità dei capi, alla manifattura e ai trend di settore.

La figura ricercata avrà il compito di rappresentare lo stile dello store, offrendo un'assistenza su misura e creando un legame di fiducia con l'acquirente.

Attività previste:

  • Gestione della vendita assistita e orientamento del cliente nella scelta dei capi, assicurando un'esperienza d'acquisto fluida e di alto livello.
  • Attività continuativa di fidelizzazione (clienteling) e cura del portfolio clienti nel tempo.
  • Approfondimento costante sui dettagli tecnici di collezione (tessuti, vestibilità, lavorazioni) per offrire una consulenza d'immagine preparata e professionale.
  • Mantenimento del decoro dello store e supporto all'allestimento degli spazi in accordo con le linee guida di visual aziendali.
  • Gestione operativa del negozio: supporto nella ricezione merci, riassortimento e monitoraggio dello stock.

Requirements

  • Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo, maturata all'interno di boutiquey/store strutturati nel segmento fashion/lifestyle di livello medio-alto.
  • Spiccate doti comunicative, empatia e naturale propensione alla cura del cliente.
  • Capacità di interfacciarsi con disinvoltura con profili d'acquisto differenti, con particolare attenzione alla clientela estera.
  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e reattività all'interno di ritmi di lavoro dinamici.
  • Sensibilità commerciale e familiarità con l'analisi degli indicatori di prestazione (KPI di vendita).
  • Fluenza nella lingua inglese (l'eventuale padronanza di un secondo idioma straniero rappresenta un vantaggio).
  • Domicilio nell'area metropolitana di Milano.
