Ο/Η Sales Advisor είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση του πελατολογίου HoReCa στην περιοχή ευθύνης του/της (περιοχή ευθύνης εντός Αττικής), συμβάλλοντας ενεργά στην ενίσχυση της παρουσίας και των πωλήσεων της Dimello στην αγορά. Στόχος της θέσης είναι η επίτευξη των εμπορικών στόχων, η ανάπτυξη κωδικολογίου και η δημιουργία μακροχρόνιων επαγγελματικών συνεργασιών.

Καθήκοντα & Ευθύνες

  • Ανάπτυξη υφιστάμενου και νέου πελατολογίου HoReCa στην περιοχή ευθύνης.
  • Διασφάλιση της επίτευξης των στόχων πωλήσεων και της εμπορικής στρατηγικής της εταιρείας.
  • Καταγραφή, αξιολόγηση και αξιοποίηση νέων ευκαιριών για ανάπτυξη κωδικολογίου στα σημεία πώλησης.
  • Δημιουργία, ενίσχυση και διατήρηση μακροχρόνιων, παραγωγικών συνεργασιών με επαγγελματίες του χώρου (cafés, restaurants, hotels).
  • Κατανόηση των αναγκών των πελατών και πρόταση κατάλληλων λύσεων που ευθυγραμμίζονται με το portfolio του brand.
  • Στενή καθημερινή συνεργασία με τα εσωτερικά τμήματα της εταιρείας (Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Control, Marketing) για την ομαλή εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών και την τήρηση των εμπορικών και πιστωτικών πολιτικών.
  • Παρακολούθηση της αγοράς, του ανταγωνισμού και των τάσεων του καφέ HoReCa, παρέχοντας χρήσιμα insights στην ομάδα.

Requirements

  • Δυναμική, επικοινωνιακή προσωπικότητα με προσανατολισμό στον πελάτη.
  • Εμπειρία σε πωλήσεις, ιδανικά στον χώρο HoReCa ή FMCG θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν.
  • Ανάπτυξη δεξιοτήτων διαπραγμάτευσης και ικανότητα διαχείρισης ενστάσεων.
  • Καλή γνώση MS Office και εμπειρία χρήσης εμπορικών/CRM εφαρμογών.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης αυτοκινήτου.
  • Υπευθυνότητα, οργάνωση, επαγγελματισμός.
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν.
