Following the incredible success of our flagship store at Liverpool ONE, we’re continuing our exciting retail journey with the launch of a brand-new store in Leeds.
We are therefore looking for passionate, customer focused individuals to join our Team!
You’ll be the face of ARNE, welcoming customers, sharing our story, and delivering exceptional customer service! Please note, we are planning to open the store in Autumn 2026. At this stage, we are inviting candidates to register their interest, and we aim to be in touch with the shortlisted candidates by the end of September to invite you to attend one of our recruitment days.
Requirements
- Engage with customers to deliver exceptional in-store service throughout the full customer journey.
- Build rapport with customers whilst identifying customer needs and recommend suitable products based on product knowledge, best sellers and new arrivals in store.
- Confidently handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed on product launches, promotions, competitor activity, and retail trends to drive sales performance.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets, promote key campaigns, and maintain high visual standards.
- Operate tills accurately and responsibly, processing purchases, refunds, and exchanges in line with store policy and procedures
- Support loss prevention by remaining vigilant on the shop floor.
Essential Experience and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers confidently.
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment, with a strong understanding of excellent customer service.
- Competent in using point-of-sale systems, processing transactions accurately, and handling cash responsibly.
- Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, adapt quickly to change, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring high standards across the store.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and driving customer satisfaction.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods
