Στο πλαίσιο της δυναμικής μας ανάπτυξης αναζητούμε να καλωσορίσουμε στην ομάδα μας Sales Analyst & Administration, ο/η οποίος/α θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την/τον:

  • Συλλογή, επεξεργασία και ανάλυση δεδομένων πωλήσεων από διαφορετικές πηγές.
  • Προετοιμασία καθημερινών, εβδομαδιαίων και μηνιαίων reports για την πορεία των πωλήσεων.
  • Παρακολούθηση βασικών Sales KPIs, όπως sales value/volume, επιστροφές κλπ.
  • Ανάλυση αποκλίσεων από στόχους και εντοπισμός σημαντικών τάσεων ή μεταβολών.
  • Παρακολούθηση της απόδοσης ανά πελάτη, κανάλι, προϊόν και περιοχή, όπου απαιτείται.
  • Υποστήριξη της εμπορικής ομάδας με ad hoc analyses για τη λήψη αποφάσεων.
  • Συμμετοχή στην προετοιμασία sales forecasts, budgets και εμπορικών πλάνων.
  • Υποστήριξη της καθημερινής λειτουργίας της ομάδας Πωλήσεων (πχ καταχώρηση αναδρομολόγησης στο SAP, προετοιμασία και συντονισμός συναντήσεων ομάδας Πωλήσεων κλπ) και παρακολούθηση των εμπορικών διαδικασιών.
  • Διαχείριση και επικαιροποίηση αρχείων πελατών, προϊόντων, τιμών, στόχων και άλλων εμπορικών δεδομένων.
  • Υποστήριξη στη δημιουργία και παρακολούθηση εμπορικών ενεργειών, προσφορών και συμφωνιών.
  • Υποστήριξη στη βελτίωση και τυποποίηση των sales reports και processes.

Requirements

Αν διαθέτεις

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ σε Στατιστική, Μαθηματικά, Data Analytics/Science, Οικονομικά ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • 1–3 έτη επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε Sales Analysis, Sales Operations, Commercial Administration ρόλους, ιδανικά σε FMCG κλάδο.
  • Κατανόηση βασικών KPIs και εμπορικών διαδικασιών.
  • Άνεση στη διαχείριση και ανάλυση δεδομένων.
  • Ισχυρή αναλυτική σκέψη και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Οργάνωση, συνέπεια και ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών προτεραιοτήτων.
  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες και συνεργατικότητα.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Excel, εμπειρία σε ERP/CRM, ιδανικά σε SAP, και BI εργαλεία (PBI).
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά).
