Sobre la posición

En Voucler abrimos nueva tienda en el barrio de Salamanca, Madrid y buscamos Sales Assistants para formar parte del equipo desde el lanzamiento. Tu misión será ofrecer una experiencia de cliente premium, contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y asegurar la correcta ejecución operativa en tienda, alineado con los estándares de marca Voucler.

Funciones y responsabilidades

  • Atención y experiencia de cliente: asesoramiento personalizado, venta activa y fidelización del cliente.
  • Impulso comercial: contribución al cumplimiento de KPIs (ventas, conversión, ticket medio, UPT).
  • Gestión operativa en tienda: apoyo en apertura y cierre, gestión de caja y resolución de incidencias básicas.
  • Reposición y stock: reposición de producto, control de tallas y apoyo en inventarios.
  • Visual & estándares: mantenimiento del visual de tienda, orden, limpieza y presentación premium del producto.
  • Trabajo en equipo: colaboración activa con el equipo y adaptación a los flujos de tienda en horas punta.

Requirements

  • Experiencia previa en retail o atención al cliente, idealmente en entornos dinámicos o premium/lifestyle.
  • Orientación a resultados y familiaridad con KPIs comerciales.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato con el cliente.
  • Actitud proactiva, positiva y resolutiva.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y adaptación a turnos rotativos (incluyendo fines de semana).
