Descrizione del ruolo

La risorsa ideale sarà il volto del punto vendita e il garante di un’esperienza d’acquisto sensoriale ed esclusiva, capace di coniugare un'accoglienza calorosa ed empatica con una forte attitudine alla vendita assistita e alla fidelizzazione del cliente.

Le principali mansioni seguite saranno le seguenti:

  • Sales & Customer Experience: Accoglienza dell'ospite secondo gli standard d'eccellenza del brand, consulenza personalizzata e guidata alla scoperta dei prodotti e dei rituali di benessere.
  • Storytelling & Brand Identity: Comunicazione efficace della filosofia del brand, della storia delle collezioni e delle proprietà dei prodotti, valorizzando la qualità degli ingredienti.
  • Store Operations: Supervisione e cura quotidiana del punto vendita, garantendo l'impeccabile allestimento del visual merchandising e il costante rifornimento degli scaffali.
  • Product Management & Stock: Ricezione della merce, gestione del magazzino e monitoraggio delle scorte per garantire la massima disponibilità delle linee.
  • Reporting & KPI: Collaborazione attiva con il team per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita individuali e di store, monitorando i principali indicatori di performance.
  • Cash Desk Management: Gestione delle operazioni di cassa, delle transazioni e delle procedure di apertura e chiusura del punto vendita.

Requirements

Competenze e requisiti richiesti

Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:

  • Pregressa esperienza nel retail, preferibilmente maturata nei settori cosmetica, profumeria, cura della persona, lusso accessibile o hospitality;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (laconoscenza della lingua tedesca sarà considerata un plus, in quanto requisito importante per la gestione della clientela locale e internazionale della piazza di Bolzano);
  • Eccellenti doti relazionali, forte orientamento al cliente, solarità, empatia e predisposizione al lavoro di squadra;
  • Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi i fine settimana e i giorni festivi in base alle esigenze del centro commerciale.

  • Orario di lavoro: Part-time (opzioni da 20 o 30 ore settimanali).
  • Retribuzione Annua Lorda: € 15.000 - € 20.000
