Doel van de functie

Als Sales Assistant ondersteun je het sales team bij het beheren van klantrelaties, het opvolgen van commerciële dossiers en het coördineren van administratieve processen. Je werkt nauw samen met Account Managers, klanten en interne afdelingen om een efficiënte en professionele dienstverlening te garanderen binnen de Retail- en FMCG-sector.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Commerciële ondersteuning

  • Administratieve ondersteuning van het sales team en Key Account Managers.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes, contracten en prijsafspraken.
  • Voorbereiden van klantenbezoeken, presentaties en commerciële rapportages.
  • Beheer van klantgegevens in CRM- en ERP-systemen.
  • Opvolgen van promoties, acties en productintroducties.

Klantenbeheer

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Behandelen en opvolgen van klantenvragen, bestellingen en klachten.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met klanten en interne stakeholders.
  • Coördineren van communicatie tussen klanten, sales, marketing en supply chain.

Rapportering en Analyse

  • Opstellen van verkooprapporten en analyses.
  • Verwerken en interpreteren van verkoopcijfers.
  • Ondersteunen bij forecast- en budgetopvolging.
  • Monitoren van promotionele resultaten en KPI's.

Administratie

  • Verwerken van bestellingen en opvolgen van leveringen.
  • Beheer van prijsbestanden en klantendossiers.
  • Voorbereiden van vergaderingen en rapportages.
  • Archiveren en documenteren van commerciële informatie.

Profiel

Opleiding

  • Bacheloropleiding in Marketing, Office Management, Handelswetenschappen, Bedrijfsmanagement of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Ervaring

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een administratieve commerciële functie.
  • Ervaring binnen Retail, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) of Consumer Goods is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van samenwerking met retailketens is een pluspunt.
  • Zeer goede kennis van Microsoft Excel:
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Goede tot zeer goede kennis van het Frans (mondeling en schriftelijk).
  • Kennis van Engels is een extra troef.
