Namou Properties is a growing UAE real estate company specializing in investment opportunities, land, and high-value property deals across the UAE.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Sales Business Analyst based in Lebanon or Egypt to support our remote UAE sales team.

The ideal candidate will turn sales data, CRM activity, and market information into clear insights and actionable recommendations that improve sales performance and decision-making.

The candidate should be comfortable analyzing sales pipelines, identifying performance trends, building reports, and working closely with sales and management teams to improve conversion and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance, revenue, pipeline activity, conversion rates, and team KPIs
  • Build and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and performance trackers
  • Monitor the sales funnel from lead generation through qualification, consultation, negotiation, and closing
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support sales forecasting and revenue planning using historical and current sales data
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of lead sources and sales activities
  • Develop and improve sales processes, workflows, and reporting structures
  • Conduct market and competitor research related to UAE real estate and investment opportunities
  • Use AI, automation, and modern analytical tools to improve reporting, forecasting, and sales operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, sales analysis, commercial analytics, or a similar role
  • Experience working with sales teams, CRM systems, and sales pipelines
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs, funnels, conversion rates, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Experience with CRM systems and the ability to analyze CRM data
  • Strong English and Arabic communication skills
  • Ability to translate data into practical business recommendations
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, data, and modern business tools
