Job responsibilities: 1. Sales & Revenue Growth • Drive sales initiatives for programmes, events, camps, and services offered by BPA. • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet enrolment and revenue targets. • Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to convert leads and retain clients. • Monitor sales performance and prepare forecasts and reports.

2. Business Development • Identify and develop partnerships with preschools, schools, corporations, and community organisations. • Seek new opportunities to promote BPA's programmes and services. • Support outreach activities, events, and roadshows to generate leads.

3. Customer Relationship Management • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, students, and partners. • Address customer enquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Support Customer Service (CS) in operational needs when required • Identify opportunities for programme upgrades and renewals.

4. Reporting & Administration • Maintain accurate records of leads, enrolments, and sales activities. • Prepare basic sales and business development reports. • Assist with proposals, quotations, and partnership documentation.

Job requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the sports, education, or training industry. - Strong understanding of sales principles and business development strategies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail. - A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Passion for sports, education, or the arts is a plus. - Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events or client meetings.
