La firma representa a víctimas de accidentes bajo el esquema de honorarios de contingencia, en áreas de práctica que incluyen accidentes automovilísticos, accidentes de Uber/Lyft, compensación laboral (workers' compensation), muerte por negligencia y lesiones catastróficas, con un historial de acuerdos y veredictos multimillonarios. Los equipos de The Law Collective son bilingües (español/inglés) para atender a clientes en todos sus mercados.

Resumen del puesto

El Especialista en Intake es el primer punto de contacto humano para personas que han sufrido un accidente y están considerando representación legal. Es un puesto de ventas consultivas de alto contacto emocional: el objetivo es calificar al prospecto, generar confianza y lograr la firma del contrato de representación, dando inicio al expediente del caso.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Recibir y responder rápidamente a llamadas/leads entrantes (de campañas pagadas, referidos, otras fuentes) — velocidad de respuesta al lead
  • Calificar el caso: determinar la viabilidad legal básica (tipo de accidente, lesión, responsabilidad, plazos)
  • Generar empatía y confianza con personas en momentos de estrés o vulnerabilidad
  • Presentar los servicios de la firma y manejar objeciones comunes ("necesito pensarlo," "voy a consultar con otro abogado," dudas sobre el costo)
  • Cerrar la firma del contrato de representación (retainer agreement)
  • Registrar toda la información del lead y del caso en el CRM de la firma
  • Coordinar la transición del caso al equipo legal/paralegal una vez firmado
  • Dar seguimiento a los leads que no cerraron en el primer contacto

Requirements

  • Experiencia comprobada en ventas telefónicas con responsabilidad de cierre (no solo servicio al cliente) — call center de ventas, seguros, bienes raíces, servicios financieros, u otra firma de abogados
  • Experiencia previa usando un CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Litify, Filevine, Zoho, u otro)
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y manejo de objeciones
  • Capacidad de manejar múltiples leads/casos simultáneamente con buena organización
  • Bilingüe español/inglés

Habilidades deseables (no excluyentes)

  • Empatía e inteligencia emocional — capacidad de sostener conversaciones difíciles sin perder el enfoque en el cierre
  • Experiencia previa en intake o ventas (idealmente en personal injury)
  • Experiencia trabajando con métricas de conversión (tasa de firma, tasa de contacto)
