Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, business, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competitive, motivated, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with clients
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
  • Willingness to commute to our Schaumburg office
  • Previous leadership, management, sales, or recruiting experience is a plus
