Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a personalized, high-end customer journey from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  • Build strong relationships by understanding customer lifestyle, preferences, and expectations.
  • Present Mercedes-Benz vehicles with confidence, highlighting innovation, performance, and luxury features.
  • Conduct professional test drives that showcase the brand experience.
  • Offer tailored financial solutions (financing, leasing, insurance).
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects through CRM systems and follow-ups.
  • Ensure complete and accurate handling of all sales documentation.
  • Collaborate with aftersales and finance teams to provide a seamless customer journey.
  • Stay updated on new models, competitors, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • Proven sales experience (automotive or luxury sector is an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with a premium brand.
