algahwaalarabiya is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our marketing and sales departments in executing campaigns and achieving sales targets. The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing communication between teams, assisting with market research, and helping to streamline sales processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with both marketing and sales teams, ensuring smooth workflow and effective implementation of strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing and sales activities to support campaign execution and sales goals.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Also heaving experience in spare parts handling coffee machine and equipment
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication between marketing, sales teams, and other departments.
  • Organize meetings, events, and promotional activities.
  • Track and report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales coordination or support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate cross-departmental activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing tools.
  • Basic analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
