Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This is not a traditional entry-level prospecting role; we are seeking a professional who can not only identify opportunities but possesses the tactical skill to navigate complex conversations and drive prospects toward a firm commitment. If you are a persuasive communicator with a "closer" mentality, you will play a pivotal role in fueling our revenue engine and expanding our market footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically outbound to high-value prospects via cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling.
  • Qualify inbound leads with speed and precision to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct high-level discovery sessions to understand prospect pain points and business objectives.
  • Master the art of the "mini-close"—securing firm next steps and managing objections with poise.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff and high conversion rates.
  • Maintain meticulous records in the CRM to track activity, follow-ups, and lead status.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a sales role with a heavy emphasis on closing and negotiation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to command a conversation.
  • Highly resilient mindset with the discipline to maintain high activity levels daily.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of leads simultaneously.
  • A competitive spirit and a deep desire to exceed performance quotas.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
  • Proficiency with modern sales stacks (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Experience selling to B2B decision-makers and C-suite executives.
