Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative with experience in HVAC, home services, or construction-related sales. This is a remote SDR role focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking appointments for the sales team.

You will play a key role in generating pipeline by reaching out to homeowners, property managers, and business clients, positioning HVAC solutions, and setting high-quality meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, SMS, and email outreach to generate new business opportunities
  • Identify and qualify leads for HVAC installations, maintenance contracts, and service agreements
  • Book appointments and consultations for field sales reps or technicians
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects in CRM systems
  • Follow up with inbound inquiries and nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation campaigns
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, appointments set, conversions)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Enterprise SDR, or B2B outbound sales
  • Experience in HVAC, home services, construction, or property services is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in outbound calling and appointment setting
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable working US business hours
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan is a plus)
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume outreach environment
