Come primo punto di contatto dei nostri clienti, il tuo obiettivo sarà quello di imparare a generare opportunità, con lo scopo di sviluppare partnership solide e durature attirando e ricercando nuovi potenziali Saloni partner.

Responsabilità

  • 📞 Lead Generation & Qualificazione: Organizzare appuntamenti e demo di alta qualità per i membri del tuo team Sales di riferimento chiamando, coinvolgendo e qualificando i contatti a freddo
  • 💬 Comunicazione Efficace: Sostenere conversazioni coinvolgenti tramite e-mail e telefono per incuriosire e attrarre i professionisti del settore del Beauty
  • 🤝 Collaborazione in Team: Collaborare efficacemente con il nostro Team Sales per aumentare la diffusione del nostro SaaS nel territorio nazionale
  • 📊 Feedback & Miglioramento: Raccogliere e fornire feedback preziosi dai Saloni per migliorare continuamente il nostro prodotto ed i nostri processi
  • 💻 Gestione CRM: Registrare con precisione tutte le tue attività all'interno del nostro CRM aziendale

  • 🎓 Formazione: Sei in possesso di un Diploma o di una Laurea
  • 🔥 Spirito Commerciale: Possiedi una spiccata attitudine commerciale, un forte orientamento al risultato e una grande voglia di imparare e metterti in gioco
  • 🗣️ Empatia e Comunicazione: Possiedi ottime doti comunicative e sai creare rapidamente un rapporto di empatia e fiducia
  • 🤝 Team Player: Hai una forte predisposizione alle relazioni interpersonali e ami lavorare in team per raggiungere obiettivi comuni
  • 💻 Digital Mindset: Hai dimestichezza nell'utilizzo dei principali strumenti informatici (dopotutto, vendiamo tecnologia!)
