The posting

Per azienda cliente, specializzata in guarnizioni industriali sono alla ricerca della figura di Sales Distribution Manager all’interno del team commerciale e che riporterà direttamente al Sales Director.

La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di raggiungere gli obiettivi commerciali, contribuendo allo sviluppo del mercato e alla gestione delle relazioni con i distributori sul territorio Italiano.

Nello specifico si dovrà occupare di:

  • Gestione e sviluppo dei rapporti con i distributori esistenti
  • Sviluppo del mercato e ricerca di nuove opportunità commerciali
  • Elaborazione di offerte e gestione delle trattative di vendita
  • Gestione delle attività commerciali dei distributori e partner
  • Monitoraggio dei mercati di riferimento, della concorrenza, dei trend e delle opportunità di business
  • Collaborazione con le altre funzioni aziendali per lo sviluppo delle opportunità commerciali
  • Raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e del budget dell’area assegnata

Requirements

  • Esperienza nel settore guarnizioni ed elementi di tenuta
  • Esperienza in ruoli sales e nella gestione e sviluppo del canale distributivo
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e di costruzione di rapporti commerciali a diversi livelli
  • Forte intraprendenza e capacità di sviluppare nuove opportunità di business
  • Buona conoscenza del settore di riferimento e delle relative dinamiche di mercato
  • Inglese, parlato e scritto
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
  • Capacità di analisi e orientamento al risultato
  • Disponibilità a trasferte in Italia
