Jouw dag als Sales Engineer?

Vandaag gaat het gebeuren: je zet de puntjets op de i voor een offerte voor een grote internationale aardappelproducent. De salesmanager heeft vorige week de laatste feedback van de klant gehad, en nu is het aan jou om het technische gedeelte af te ronden.

Je ontwikkelt een slimme robotopstelling voor beperkte ruimte en stemt deze af met mechanisch, elektrisch en software engineering om de technische haalbaarheid en uitvoerbaarheid te borgen. Je stemt met productmanagement af of we de upgrade van de kratopzetmachine al toe kunnen passen. Zo zorg jij dat het voorstel niet alleen haalbaar is, maar ook onderscheidend en innovatief. Net voor de lunch is de lay-out helemaal af.

’s Middags schuif je aan bij een overleg met projectmanagement. Uit een lopend project ontvang je nuttige feedback over de al bestede uren en recente inkoopprijzen. Jij schakelt snel, denkt mee en voert direct aanpassingen door in een actuele calculatie. Belangrijk om je andere sales engineering collega’s over te informeren. Voldaan rond je af. Wat is eigenlijk de status van de nieuwe CPQ tooling? Morgen een nieuwe dag!

Requirements

  • Hbo-opleiding (technische richting)
  • > 5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol
  • Knowledge of Autocad, Solidworks, Inventor
  • Vloeiend Engels, Duits is een pre
  • Commerciële scherpte, teamplayer en oplossingsgericht!
