Questo successo è reso possibile da una struttura agile e dalla straordinaria forza della sua rete, che permette di presidiare il mercato con la capillarità di un grande gruppo e la velocità di una boutique d'eccellenza.

Nell'ottica di un consolidamento strategico in Lombardia, ricerchiamo tre Sales Executive dall'approccio consulenziale, orientati allo sviluppo del business nel segmento Buoni Pasto, per presidiare le province di Milano, Bergamo e Brescia.

La risorsa selezionata, consolidando il network commerciale delle società del Gruppo, e con l’obiettivo di implementarlo, agirà come un partner strategico per le aziende, aiutandole a ottimizzare il benessere organizzativo e i costi del personale attraverso lo studio di progettualità dedicate.

Le Tue Responsabilità

  • Gestire l'intero ciclo di vendita, dal prospecting al networking sul territorio, garantendo una presenza fisica costante e di valore presso il cliente sviluppando il portafoglio assegnato;
  • Coltivare relazioni a lungo termine, agendo come punto di riferimento per l'evoluzione dei servizi erogati;
  • Promuovere l'adozione delle piattaforme digitali (come per esempio il portale clienti per ordini smart e immediati, e la nuova app);
  • Utilizzare gli strumenti CRM per monitorare le performance e mappare il potenziale del territorio assegnato;
  • Collaborazione e coordinamento con le filiali del territorio del gruppo per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali comuni;
  • Creare sinergie tra le aziende clienti (che ordinano buoni) e gli esercenti locali (che li accettano) per ampliare la rete di spendibilità dei Buoni Pasto e dei servizi Welfare – il livello di copertura, sul territorio di riferimento, è già avanzato.

Requirements

Cosa Cerchiamo

  • Almeno 3-5 anni nella vendita di servizi B2B (preferibilmente HR, Welfare, Payroll, Servizi alle imprese)
  • Capacità di creare empatia dal vivo ma con una forte propensione all'uso di strumenti tecnologici e dati.
  • Capacità di interfaccia con Direttori HR, commerciali e CFO, comprendendo il valore fiscale del welfare.
  • Eccellenti doti comunicative, orientamento al risultato e una naturale attitudine al problem-solving.
