• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets relating to revenue, room nights, account production and business conversion.

• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for further development, cross-selling and increased production across the Group's portfolio.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client requirements to identify emerging business opportunities.

• Prepare regular sales activity and performance updates for the Director of Sales.

• Represent the Group at client meetings, networking events, workshops, trade fairs and other relevant sales activities.

• Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Marketing and Hotel Operations to ensure that proposals are commercially sound and operationally deliverable.

• Support the effective handover of confirmed business to the relevant hotel teams and contribute to a seamless customer experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
