Η HESTIA Premium Urban Stays, εταιρεία της REDS Α.Ε., μέλος του Ομίλου ΕΛΛΑΚΤΩΡ, αναζητά έναν δυναμικό Sales Executive ώστε να συμβάλει στην αύξηση των πωλήσεων, τη βελτιστοποίηση των εσόδων και την ενίσχυση της κερδοφορίας.

Αναφέρεται στην Managing Director, τα κύρια καθήκοντα της θέσης είναι:

  • Ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή στρατηγικής πωλήσεων με έμφαση στο Business Travel (BT) και B2B συνεργασίες
  • Εντοπισμός, προσέγγιση και ανάπτυξη νέου πελατολογίου μέσω εξωτερικών πωλήσεων, τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας και συμμετοχής σε εκδηλώσεις
  • Διαπραγμάτευση εμπορικών συμφωνιών και τιμολογιακής πολιτικής (apartment rates, corporate συνεργασίες, meeting room rental, event spaces)
  • Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση πωλήσεων και συνεργασιών, με στόχο την επίτευξη των εσόδων (room nights, ADR, revenue goals)
  • Συμμετοχή σε παρουσιάσεις, site inspections και events, καθώς και σε ταξίδια σε key feeder markets
  • Συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα (Revenue, Reservations, Operations) για ενιαία και αποδοτική εμπορική στρατηγική
  • Παρακολούθηση της αγοράς, ανταγωνισμού και διεθνών τάσεων στον κλάδο
  • Διατήρηση και ανάπτυξη σχέσεων με πελάτες (follow-ups, after-sales service, επανακρατήσεις)

Requirements

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικά, Τουριστικές Σπουδές ή συναφές αντικείμενο
  • Δυνατότητα ταξιδιών για επαγγελματικές εκθέσεις και παρουσιάσεις
  • Εμπειρία με εργαλεία όπως Excel, OTA extranets, Webhotelier, PMS
  • Άνεση σε προφορική & γραπτή επικοινωνία με επαγγελματίες πελάτες και διαπραγμάτευση συμβολαίων
  • Άδεια οδήγησης σε ισχύ

Επιπλέον Επιθυμητά Προσόντα/ γνώσεις

  • Γνώση επιπλέον ξένων γλωσσών
  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών

Εργασιακή εμπειρία

  • 2+ έτη προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση πωλήσεων στον τομέα του τουρισμού, της φιλοξενίας ή των υπηρεσιών
