The posting

En tant que Sales Executive Junior, tu seras au cœur du développement de Homerez. Ton objectif : convaincre des propriétaires de confier leur bien à notre plateforme et les accompagner vers la signature.

Tu rejoindras une équipe jeune, exigeante et orientée performance, où chaque jour est une nouvelle opportunité de progresser et de dépasser tes objectifs.

Les missions

  • Contacter des propriétaires (leads entrants + prospection active)
  • Comprendre leurs besoins et leurs attentes pour adapter ton discours
  • Présenter l'offre Homerez avec conviction et gérer les objections
  • Négocier et accompagner chaque prospect jusqu'à la signature du contrat
  • Mettre à jour le CRM et assurer un suivi rigoureux de ton pipe
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe Account Management pour garantir une transition fluide et une expérience client irréprochable

Requirements

  • Tu aimes le téléphone et tu prends le challenge commercial comme un moteur
  • Tu es persévérant(e) — un "non" ne t'arrête pas, il te motive
  • Tu sais convaincre, argumenter et closer avec naturel
  • Tu es organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et tu n'attends pas qu'on te dise quoi faire
  • Tu veux apprendre vite dans une boîte qui avance encore plus vite

Profil recherché

  • Première expérience en vente, prospection ou relation client (stage ou alternance OK)
  • Français courant indispensable
  • Une autre langue est un vrai plus (espagnol, anglais, italien…)
  • Bonne énergie, esprit de compétition sain et envie sincère de progresser
