🗃️ Περιγραφή Θέσης:

Ως Sales Lead Technology έχεις την ευθύνη για τη λειτουργία του τμήματος Τεχνολογίας, διασφαλίζοντας την αποτελεσματική οργάνωση της ομάδας πωλήσεων, την επίτευξη στόχων και την παροχή άριστης εμπειρίας πελάτη. Ο ρόλος συνδυάζει ηγεσία, εμπορική κατεύθυνση και τεχνολογική εξειδίκευση, συμβάλλοντας στην ανάπτυξη της ομάδας και στη βελτιστοποίηση των αποτελεσμάτων.

💼 Η καθημερινότητά σου:

  • Συντονίζει και καθοδηγεί την ομάδα πωλήσεων Technology για την επίτευξη ατομικών και ομαδικών στόχων, παρέχοντας συνεχή καθοδήγηση και coaching.
  • Παρακολουθεί και αναλύει δείκτες απόδοσης (Sales, KPIs, Conversion, Average Basket) και εισηγείται ενέργειες βελτίωσης.
  • Συμμετέχει ενεργά στη διαδικασία πώλησης, εξασφαλίζοντας υψηλό επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης και επίλυση αναγκών ή θεμάτων πελατών.
  • Οργανώνει και υποστηρίζει εκπαιδεύσεις της ομάδας πωλήσεων για προϊόντα, τεχνικές πώλησης και εμπειρία πελάτη.
  • Συνεργάζεται με τον Store Operations Manager και τα κεντρικά τμήματα για τη διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, εξασφαλίζοντας διαθεσιμότητα και σωστή ροή προϊόντων.
  • Διασφαλίζει την ορθή και ελκυστική οπτική παρουσίαση του τμήματος, σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα visual Merchandising της εταιρείας.
  • Παρακολουθεί και υποβάλλει αναφορές πωλήσεων, προτείνοντας ενέργειες για τη βελτιστοποίηση της απόδοσης.
  • Εφαρμόζει τις διαδικασίες λειτουργίας και πολιτικές ασφάλειας, εξασφαλίζοντας τη συμμόρφωση του τμήματος με τα εταιρικά πρότυπα.
  • Συμβάλλει στη δημιουργία θετικού και συνεργατικού περιβάλλοντος, ενισχύοντας τη δέσμευση και την ανάπτυξη της ομάδας.

✨ Αναζητούμε:

  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε πωλήσεις και συντονισμό ομάδας, ιδανικά σε κατηγορία προϊόντων Τεχνολογίας.
  • Ικανότητα ηγεσίας ομάδας και επίτευξης απαιτητικών εμπορικών στόχων.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση προϊόντων τεχνολογίας και των τάσεων της αγοράς.
  • Ισχυρές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, με προσανατολισμό στον πελάτη.
  • Βασικές δεξιότητες χειρισμού Η/Υ και εργαλείων Reporting.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών θεωρείται επιπλέον προσόν.
