Ali Professional ricerca per una azienda leader italiana nel settore della produzione e

progettazione di macchine del caffè e distributori di snack e bevande operante su Varese, la

figura di:

Sales Manager

La risorsa, inserita all’interno del dipartimento Sales, si occuperà di massimizzare le vendite

dei prodotti/servizi e raggiungere gli obiettivi commerciali relativi a fatturato, quote di mercato

e la fidelizzazione dei clienti.

Riporterà direttamente al Sales Director, interfacciandosi anche con i dipartimenti Marketing, Purchasing e Customer Service.

Il ruolo

● Analizzare il mercato e monitorare la concorrenza

● Definire un piano commerciale

● Raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita

● Elaborare strategie adeguate al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita stabiliti

● Definire il target di riferimento

● Mantenere e sviluppare il portafoglio clienti

● Sviluppare le trattative di vendita, formulare offerte, i preventivi e i contratti

● Gestire le negoziazioni con i clienti

● Mantenere nel tempo i rapporti con i clienti di fiducia

● Monitorare la performance della rete vendita e del personale addetto

● Predisporre il Sales reporting per il Sales Director

● Partecipare a fiere ed eventi di settore

● Ricercare nuove opportunità di business

● Fornire assistenza tecnica ai clienti quando necessario

● Selezionare e formare la forza vendita

Requirements

● Laurea triennale o specialistica in area Economica o Umanistica (Psicologia, Scienze

della Comunicazione) o Master in Sales Management

● Significativa esperienza pregressa nell'area Sales (di almeno 2 anni)

● Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello minimo richiesto: B2) gradita la

conoscenza di altra lingua straniera

● Buone competenze informatiche

● Conoscenza del mercato di riferimento e dell'area di competenza

● Capacità di elaborare una visione di medio-lungo periodo

● Capacità di gestione del tempo

● Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi

● Flessibilità e attenzione al cambiamento
