As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful promotion and sale of our coaching programs. You will play a key role in managing sales performance, building strong client relationships, and achieving the coaching school’s sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
-Monitor and evaluate individual and team sales performance.
-Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
-Coach and support sales team members to improve their sales performance.
-Manage the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and conversion process.
-Handle escalated client objections and support the team in closing deals.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
-Ensure clients are guided toward the coaching program that best fits their needs.
-Prepare and monitor sales reports, targets, and KPIs.
-Collaborate with the management and other teams to improve the overall sales process.
Requirements
-Previous experience working in or managing sales for a coaching school, coaching academy, or coaching program is mandatory.
-Proven experience in sales management, preferably selling services, programs, or high-value offers.
-Experience selling or managing sales for services related to:
(Mental Health Programs - Relationship Coaching - Life Coaching)
-Strong leadership, verbal, and written communication skills.
-Excellent sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
-Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
-Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
-Target-driven, ambitious, and motivated by achieving sales results.
-Ability to understand client needs and ensure the team recommends appropriate solutions.
-Professional, confident, and persuasive communication style.
-Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
-Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment.
