Η Hatzi Filax Group, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της στον χρηματοοικονομικό & ασφαλιστικό κλάδο, αναζητά έμπειρο/η Sales Manager για την ενίσχυση της εμπορικής της ομάδας στην Αθήνα.Η θέση προσφέρει εξαιρετικές ευκαιρίες εξέλιξης σε ένα σύγχρονο και δυναμικό περιβάλλον εργασίας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Ανάπτυξη και διεύρυνση του Corporate Client Portfolio, εντοπισμός νέων επιχειρηματικών ευκαιριών
  • Αναζήτηση και προσέγγιση νέων εταιρικών πελατών και decision makers
  • Διαχείριση ολόκληρου του κύκλου πώλησης — από την προσέγγιση έως τη διαπραγμάτευση και το κλείσιμο της συμφωνίας
  • Προετοιμασία και παρουσίαση εμπορικών προτάσεων, με κατανόηση των αναγκών του πελάτη και πρόταση κατάλληλων ασφαλιστικών λύσεων
  • Ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση μακροχρόνιων σχέσεων με εταιρικούς πελάτες, με ενέργειες cross-selling / up-selling
  • Συστηματική παρακολούθηση sales pipeline, επίτευξη KPIs και σύνταξη τακτικών reports προς τη Διοίκηση
  • Παρακολούθηση αγοράς, ανταγωνισμού και τάσεων του ασφαλιστικού κλάδου
  • Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση του Sales Strategy της εταιρείας
  • Συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα για την ομαλή εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Οικονομικής ή Ασφαλιστικής κατεύθυνσης
  • Τουλάχιστον 2 έτη προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ασφαλιστική εταιρεία ή γραφείο
  • Κάτοχος πιστοποιητικού Ασφαλιστικού & Αντασφαλιστικού Διαμεσολαβητή
  • Διευρυμένες γνώσεις όλων των ασφαλιστικών κλάδων
  • Αναπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, ομαδικό πνεύμα, αναλυτική σκέψη
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και Η/Υ
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για άνδρες υποψηφίους)
