Онлайн-освіта — це вибухова індустрія, що стрімко зростає у всьому світі. Ми — частина Laba Group, міжнародної EdTech-компанії, яка створює освітні проєкти у сферах бізнесу, ІТ та креативу. І зараз ми шукаємо Sales Manager’а, який/яка допоможе нашим клієнтам зробити крок назустріч новим можливостям — з «я ще думаю» до «беру!».

Наразі ми відкриваємо набір одразу для трьох брендів компанії:

  • Laba — бізнес-школа нового покоління з курсами від експертів Google, Netflix, Deloitte;
  • Skvot — школа для креативників, яка співпрацює з топами з реклами, медіа, кіно та мистецтва;
  • robot_dreams — платформа для зростання в ІТ: Data Science, AI, ML, gamedev та інші технології.

Твої задачі:

  • працювати з вхідними лідами — консультувати клієнтів, допомагати обрати курс під їхні цілі;
  • розвивати відносини з наявною базою клієнтів, пропонувати релевантні продукти;
  • занурюватися у теми курсів — від маркетингу, фінансів і дизайну до ІТ, ML та AI;
  • вести CRM-систему (HubSpot) — вчасно оновлювати інформацію;
  • комунікувати з клієнтами в месенджерах та поштою;
  • виконувати план продажів і ставити нові рекорди разом з командою.

Requirements

Ми точно спрацюємось, якщо ти:

  • готовий(-а) працювати в офісі в Києві (Поділ) з 9:00 до 18:00;
  • драйвишся від результату і хочеш багато заробляти;
  • хочеш навчитися системним продажам і не боїшся скриптів;
  • цікавишся онлайн-освітою, технологіями, бізнесом або креативом;
  • легко вчишся, адаптуєшся і викладаєшся на 120%;
  • класно спілкуєшся українською;
  • маєш досвід у продажах або клієнтському сервісі — буде плюсом, але не обовʼязково.

Що по грошах? 💰

Початок: новачки зазвичай стартують з 40 000+ грн/міс.

Через 2–3 місяці — 80–90 000+ грн, а топові менеджери отримують 130 000–150 000+ грн/міс.
