Müller's Solutions is excited to recruit a proactive Sales Manager specializing in Managed Services and Outsourcing. In this crucial role, you will be at the forefront of driving sales initiatives, establishing strong relationships with clients, and delivering tailored outsourcing solutions that meet their unique business requirements. Your strategic mindset and industry experience will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for growth and promoting our comprehensive managed services portfolio.

As a Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a dedicated sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the resources and training needed to excel in a competitive marketplace. Your focus will be on achieving performance targets while ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute a strategic sales plan for Managed Services and Outsourcing offerings.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients and develop strong relationships through networking and industry engagement.
  • Present our managed services solutions to prospective clients, tailored to their specific needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure optimal profitability for the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings.
  • Provide detailed sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in Managed Services or Outsourcing.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and sales performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales management tools.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork across various departments.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
