Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager (Energy & Offshore) to drive business expansion in the Oil & Gas and offshore markets across local and regional areas. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing new prospects, managing client relationships, and delivering integrated marine products and systems to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new prospects and recommend suitable marine products/integrated systems and services for seaworthiness.
  • Manage and analyze sales leads to create and forecast business plans for potential customers.
  • Implement and execute business plans aligned with corporate goals to achieve sales performance targets.
  • Work closely with the internal proposal team to prepare high-quality proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  • Liaise with technical teams to ensure efficiency in sales and delivery of systems and services.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • 4–8 years of relevant working experience with a proven sales track record.
  • Strong knowledge of the marine industry, particularly in the Energy sector.
  • Background as Ex-Sailors, Ex-Radio Officers, or Ex-Navy personnel will be an advantage.
  • Established network and customer contacts with local and regional shipyards and ship owners.
  • Excellent business acumen, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Clear career progression pathway available.
