The posting

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager – Medical Equipment to lead and further develop our medical equipment business.

This is not simply a sales position.

We are looking for someone who can understand complex medical technologies, build trusted relationships with physicians and healthcare institutions, develop new business opportunities, negotiate with international manufacturers, and take ownership of the commercial results of the division.

The successful candidate will work with clinics, hospitals, physicians, healthcare organizations and international medical technology manufacturers.

Requirements

Sales experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, medical sales, or another technically complex B2B environment.

Commercial mindset: You enjoy developing business, identifying opportunities, winning clients, and taking ownership of results.

Relationship-building skills: You communicate confidently with doctors, hospital management, healthcare institutions, and international partners.

Negotiation and consultative selling: You understand customer needs and can lead complex negotiations toward the right solution.

Technical curiosity: You are willing and able to understand complex products and their clinical applications.

Structured and entrepreneurial approach: You manage opportunities, forecasts, projects, and follow-ups systematically while constantly looking for ways to improve the business.

Teamwork: You share knowledge and help build expertise and capabilities beyond your own role.

English: You communicate confidently with international manufacturers and participate in product training.

Education: You have a university degree; medical, biomedical, engineering, or business education is an advantage.

Mobility: You have a valid driving license and are willing to travel within Bulgaria.
