The core of this role is to increase the awareness of Noble Panacea and, with an end-to-end view of the customer experience, to be the steward of the Noble Panacea retail experience and brand presence in North America. It is important to foster a seamless connection between online and offline channels to drive traffic and sell-out growth across all platforms. The role carries full P&L responsibility for NAM, including setting and achieving KPIs, and applies a data-driven approach throughout.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

o Own the NAM P&L including annual sales and cost forecasts, marketing and trade marketing spend, travel and headcount.

o Data-driven approach to retail strategy setting, tracking and ensuring delivery of KPIs at regional, store and individual employee levels.

o Translate customer insights into action plans that improve the retail experience and increase loyalty.

o Develop and manage relationships with key retail partners.

o Negotiate improved margin and payment terms; secure and upgrade counter locations.

o Manage retailer stock and replenishment cycles to maintain stock health and turn.

Consumer and Clienteling Focus

o Deep understanding of the North American luxury consumer: preferences, motivations, and service expectations.

o Implement in-store CRM and clienteling systems to drive acquisition, retention, and repeat purchases.

o Leverage retailer and Mall CRM systems to drive footfall and growth.

o Integrate clienteling with the digital and CRM program to deliver a single view of the customer across online and offline.

o Lead the PR and social media strategy in key NAM markets, including management of PR agencies and the brand’s strategic marketing partnerships.

o Drive eCommerce growth across retailer platforms, ensuring a seamless customer journey across online, offline and social touchpoints.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
