Scaled Sales & RevOps（スケールド・オペレーション領域）チームは、多様な顧客接点を支えながら、事業成長を支える「売上と営業オペレーションの基盤」を担うチームです。幅広いお客様からのインバウンド対応やお客様がセルフサービスでスムーズに導入・活用を始められる環境の整備を通じて、将来的に大きな成長可能性を持つお客様を見極め、エンタープライズ領域の営業チームへつないでいく重要な役割を担っています。日々の迅速で的確な対応が、新たな大きな商談の起点になることも少なくありません。

また、営業活動全体の生産性向上に取り組むことも、このチームの大切なミッションです。セールスオペレーションの設計・改善をリードすることで、エンタープライズ領域の営業メンバーがお客様対応により集中できる環境をつくります。加えて、既存の仕組みやプログラムの運営・改善を通じて、継続的な売上拡大と業務効率化の両立を推進しています。

■ ミッション

営業組織全体のセールスオペレーションの効率向上

営業組織の生産性向上に向けて、各種セールスオペレーションの最適化・自動化を推進することがミッションです。生成AIなどの最新テクノロジーをフル活用し、営業メンバーがお客様対応に集中できる環境づくりと、継続的な業務改善を担います。

インバウンド領域の収益化推進

幅広いお客様からの問い合わせに迅速かつ的確に対応し、将来的に大型案件へ発展しうるニーズを見極めて、適切な営業チームへ連携します。

同時に、生成AIやマーケティングオートメーションを活用し、お客様がスムーズに検討・導入を進めていただける環境を整えることで、案件創出と収益化の最大化を目指します。

パートナーエコシステムの維持・拡大

パートナーとの連携を強化し、既存のエコシステムの維持・拡大し、認定パートナーの稼働促進を通じて、案件創出や売上拡大にも貢献します。

・新規パートナーの獲得および成長支援（イネーブルメントの提供）

Requirements

【必須のスキル・経験】 ・インサイドセールスまたは営業事務 3年以上

・社内外の関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力

・データに基づく改善活動（利用状況などのデータを踏まえ、改善活動を行ってきた経験）

・複雑な課題や要件整理の場面において、関係者と粘り強く対話しながら最適な着地点を見出してきた経験

・生成AIを業務で活用し、業務プロセスの自動化・効率化を進めた経験

【歓迎するスキル・経験】 ・法人営業の経験

・プロダクト説明資料やお客様向け提案資料の作成経験

・パートナー営業またはパートナー支援に関する経験

・Salesforceの活用経験

・生成AIを使った社内業務アプリケーション開発の経験

勤務時間 平日5:00-22:00のうち実働8時間 （休憩1時間）、フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし）
