チームについて

JP Sales Operationsチームは、データ駆動型の戦略的アプローチと強固な仕組み作りを通じて、国内広告ビジネスの成長を加速させるパートナーです。事業計画の策定、予実管理、高度なデータ分析、部門横断のオペレーション変革までをリードし、経営層や事業リーダーが確信を持って意思決定できる環境を整えます。テクノロジーと組織の力を最大限に引き出しながら、ビジネスの健全性を高め、持続的な成長を支える強固な事業基盤を構築します。

業務内容

JP Sales Operationsチームのマネージャー（またはマネージャー候補）として、国内広告ビジネスの成長を牽引する「戦略的要」を担います。事業計画の策定・予実管理といった基盤業務から、データに基づくインサイト創出、組織を横断するプロジェクトのリードまでを統括し、経営層や現場リーダーが確信を持って意思決定を行える環境を作り上げます。単なる業務効率化に留まらず、データとテクノロジーを武器に、ビジネスの拡大と健全な組織運営を両立させることが本ロールの使命です。

  • 事業計画の策定：国内広告ビジネス部門のVPおよびリーダー陣と連携し、年次・四半期サイクルにおける以下の策定を主導する
  • 売上目標及びチーム/アカウントへの分配ガイダンス
  • 各チームの担当アカウントリスト
  • 営業インセンティブ施策
  • 営業関連コスト計画
  • 予実管理及びレポーティング
  • 上述の事業計画内の各項目につき、フォーキャスティングを伴う予実管理を実施し、ステークホルダーへのレポーティングを担います
  • ダッシュボード整備及び運用
  • TableauやSalesforceなどのツールを用いてビジネス状況に関するダッシュボードを整備/運用し、リアルタイムデータに基づく迅速な意思決定を支援します
  • データ分析
  • ビジネスイシューに関するデータ分析を通じて、戦略策定や意思決定に資するインサイトを提供します

Requirements

必須要件

  • 事業会社における関連業務経験（例：Sales Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Planning, FP&A）
  • Excel/Google Sheets、Tableau、SQL等を用いた高度なデータ抽出・分析スキル
  • 部門間の連携を厭わず、主体的に関わることでビジネス価値を最大化できる行動姿勢
  • 生成AIの最新の技術トレンドをキャッチアップし、ビジネス活動に必要なツールを見極め活用した経験 / 生成AIの強みと現時点での限界を理解し、内容や根拠を検証した上で責任を持って最終成果物に落とし込むスキル
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語力

  • インターネットや広告業界での経験
  • コンサルティングのプロフェッショナルファームでの経験
  • 業務プロセス（分析、資料作成、調査等）への生成AIの組み込みにより組織の生産性やアウトプット品質を向上させた実績や、その活用ノウハウをチームに展開した経験
  • 国内外のMBA修了実績
  • 社会科学、ジャーナリズム、メディアのエコシステムに対する興味・関心
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力
