We are looking for Sales/Product Specialists across three key categories within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) sector: Kitchen Equipment, Food Wholesale (Ingredients), and Tableware. While each category has its own product focus, all roles share a common goal—driving revenue growth by connecting premium products with the right clients through strong business development, product expertise, and relationship management.

The Sales/Product Specialist serves as the primary link between the company’s product portfolio and key decision-makers such as chefs, restaurateurs, and procurement teams. This role requires a balance of sales execution, technical or product knowledge, and client engagement to deliver tailored solutions that meet business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

  • Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual sales targets
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within hotels, restaurants, and cafés
  • Drive revenue growth through both new client acquisition and existing account expansion
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the portfolio

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Engage regularly with chefs, procurement managers, and business owners
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Product Expertise & Presentation

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio to effectively communicate value, features, and benefits
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client education sessions
  • Create customized proposals tailored to client requirements

Market Insight & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, technical/design) to ensure seamless delivery and execution
  • Support end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to order fulfillment

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client records
  • Provide regular updates, forecasts, and performance reports to management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–3 years of sales experience in the HoReCa industry
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in high-value products
  • Strong network within the hotel and restaurant industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship-building and account management abilities
  • Results-driven and able to work independently

PREFERRED

  • Experience working directly with chefs and procurement teams
  • Understanding of hospitality or food service operations
  • Existing relationships with hotel groups and restaurant chains

WORK SETUP

  • Field-based role with frequent client visits
  • Standard business hours with flexibility based on client needs

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
