Job Description:

Sales Representative.

We are rapidly GROWING and are looking for the best salespeople who want to thrive in an employee centered culture, performing the Sales Representative role to perfection, and making great pay and bonus pay while doing it!

As a Sales Representative, you will be in a sales position managing service techs and playing a crucial sales role helping customers with their Heating, Air, Electrical Services needs. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience as a Heating, Air, Electrical Sales Representative or In Home Sales Representative
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Dependable self-starter, motivated
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Service Titan software
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality
  • Maintain a strong customer focus reflective of the company values while driving employee engagement, and customer satisfaction through high quality service.
  • Sales Manager to develop service tech budget that will produce the necessary revenue needed at the profit levels required to achieve profitability goals.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Heating, Air, Electric Sales Representative or In Home Sales Representative
  • 2+ years of sales experience:
  • Proficient Service Titan software is a plus
  • Goal and Results Driven
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Meet and exceed client expectations
  • Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality
  • Maintain a professional image that sets the example for professional service people

Benefits

Benefits:

  • Compensation: $65,000- $125,000 (DOE)
  • Full time employment
  • Monday -Friday 7:30 am -5:30 pm
