El puesto

Estamos buscando Sales Setters para el mercado español para incorporarse a nuestro equipo comercial.

Se trata de un puesto de Setter puro: serás responsable de generar y cualificar nuevas oportunidades comerciales, contactando con agencias inmobiliarias en España, identificando sus necesidades y concertando reuniones cualificadas para nuestro equipo de Sales.

No tendrás que cerrar las ventas.

La colaboración se basa en un modelo de comisiones que recompensa directamente el rendimiento.

Podrás ganar:

  • por las reuniones cualificadas concertadas
  • por las ventas posteriormente cerradas por el equipo comercial a partir de las oportunidades generadas por ti

Esto significa que tu trabajo puede seguir generando comisiones incluso después de haber concertado la reunión.

Qué harás

  • Prospección outbound en el mercado español
  • Cold calling a agencias inmobiliarias
  • Identificación y cualificación de potenciales clientes
  • Comprensión de las necesidades de las agencias
  • Presentación inicial de la solución de RealAdvisor
  • Concertación de demos y reuniones cualificadas para el equipo de Sales
  • Seguimiento de los prospectos para maximizar la asistencia a las reuniones
  • Actualización y gestión del pipeline en el CRM
  • Seguimiento de tus propios KPIs y resultados
  • Colaboración diaria con el equipo comercial internacional

El puesto es 100% remoto, con gran autonomía y flexibilidad en la gestión de tu actividad.

Buscamos candidatos residentes en España o en otros países europeos, siempre que sean nativos en español y estén disponibles para trabajar en horario laboral español (CET/CEST).

Requirements

  • Español nativo o nivel nativo – requisito indispensable
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario laboral español (CET/CEST)
  • Fuerte orientación comercial y a resultados
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relación interpersonal
  • Determinación, resiliencia y capacidad para gestionar el rechazo
  • Autonomía y capacidad para organizar tu propio trabajo
  • Capacidad para trabajar con objetivos y KPIs
  • Buen manejo de herramientas digitales y CRM
  • Disponibilidad para realizar cold calling y prospección outbound
  • Autónomo/a o disponibilidad para darse de alta como autónomo/a

Se valorará especialmente

  • Experiencia como Sales Setter, SDR, BDR, Inside Sales o Telemarketing
  • Experiencia en el sector Real Estate / Inmobiliario
  • Experiencia previa en entornos B2B
  • Familiaridad con CRM y herramientas de Sales Automation
  • Experiencia en puestos con remuneración variable o directamente vinculada al rendimiento
