Nuestro cliente, una empresa en crecimiento dentro de la industria de consumo masivo (CPG) con productos sostenibles, innovadores y de alto rendimiento, busca incorporar a su equipo a un/a Sales Specialist con mentalidad comercial fuerte: alguien que quiera salir a vender, abrir mercado, construir relaciones y cerrar oportunidades reales en un ambiente B2B.

Sobre el puesto

Buscamos una persona con mentalidad comercial fuerte para salir a vender, abrir mercado, construir relaciones y cerrar oportunidades reales. Este rol es para quien se apasiona por las ventas, compite por ganar y quiere ser parte de la construcción de una marca desde adentro.

Responsabilidades

  • Prospectar activamente nuevos clientes y oportunidades comerciales.
  • Abrir cuentas en empresas, instituciones, retailers, distribuidores y aliados estratégicos.
  • Realizar visitas comerciales, presentaciones, cotizaciones y negociaciones.
  • Dar seguimiento completo al ciclo de venta: desde el primer contacto hasta el cierre.
  • Ejecutar acciones comerciales con velocidad, foco y disciplina.
  • Representar la marca con energía, profesionalismo y mentalidad ganadora.
  • Identificar oportunidades en el mercado y convertirlas en ventas.

Requirements

  • 2 a 4 años de experiencia en ventas, idealmente en consumo masivo (CPG).
  • Mentalidad de dueño/a y accountability total.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
  • Orientación a resultados y cierre de venta.
  • Capacidad de trabajar con autonomía en un entorno de startup.
  • Perfil hands-on, con grit, disciplina y actitud de "sí se puede".
