The posting

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our cosmetics brand In Kuwait City . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, understanding customers’ needs, recommending suitable beauty products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a strong brand image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide a professional and friendly shopping experience.
  • Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable cosmetics and beauty products.
  • Explain product features, benefits, usage, and prices clearly.
  • Achieve monthly and individual sales targets.
  • Promote new products, offers, and promotions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products based on customers’ needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain an organized and attractive product display.
  • Ensure products are properly stocked and displayed according to brand standards.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, and competitors.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and handle payments when required.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and provide feedback to management.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Retail, Cosmetics, Beauty, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a cosmetics or beauty brand is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and selling skills.
  • Good knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products is preferred.
  • Presentable, energetic, and customer-oriented.
  • Strong persuasion, upselling, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work with sales targets and under pressure.
  • Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
