Ali Professional seleziona per conto di una solida e dinamica azienda specializzata nella progettazione e produzione di coperture per veicoli industriali un/a Sales Support Specialist Italia/Estero.

La risorsa verrà inserita a supporto della direzione commerciale in un percorso di crescita strutturato. Il ruolo offre la possibilità di operare a 360° sui processi di vendita, partecipando attivamente sia alle operations quotidiane sia a progetti strategici come la Service Point Academy (rete di oltre 120 centri tra Italia ed estero) e l'ottimizzazione dei processi commerciali tramite metodologia Agile/SCRUM.

A diretto riporto del Direttore Commerciale, la figura svolgerà un ruolo chiave di raccordo tra la forza vendita (Account Manager, agenti, concessionari), i clienti e i reparti interni (Ufficio Tecnico, Produzione, Post-Vendita, Inserimento Ordini).

Nello specifico si occuperà di:

  • Supporto alla Forza Vendita: Preparazione di offerte commerciali, presentazioni aziendali e documentazione tecnica a supporto degli Account Manager.
  • Progetto Academy & Eventi: Partecipazione attiva al team dedicato all'organizzazione e al supporto degli eventi formativi per la rete di Service Point (Italia ed Estero).
  • Gestione Processi & CRM: Aggiornamento e monitoraggio di pipeline, forecast e principali KPI commerciali; profilazione dei nuovi clienti e gestione delle attività amministrative del ciclo di vendita.
  • Progetti di Miglioramento (SCRUM): Partecipazione ai tavoli di lavoro per il miglioramento continuo dei processi commerciali con metodologia SCRUM e redazione della reportistica periodica.
  • Relazione e Presenza: Interfaccia diretta con i clienti per chiarimenti tecnici di base e operativo-commerciali; partecipazione a meeting commerciali (anche presso clienti/agenti) e fiere di settore.

Requirements

  • Titolo di studio: Diploma o Laurea (preferibilmente ad indirizzo economico, gestionale o tecnico);
  • Competenze linguistiche: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata);
  • Competenze digitali: Buona padronanza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint) e familiarità con software CRM;
  • Attitudini e Soft Skills:
  • Forte orientamento all'obiettivo, dinamismo e proattività (causatività);
  • Elevate capacità organizzative, di ascolto e comunicazione assertiva;
  • Curiosità tecnica e predisposizione alla comprensione di prodotti complessi per il settore automotive/industriale;
  • Flessibilità e attitudine al lavoro in team.

La ricerca è rivolta anche a profili Junior dotati di forte motivazione ad apprendere e desiderosi di intraprendere un percorso di crescita professionale all'interno dell'organizzazione commerciale.
