The posting

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for SAP Functional Supervisor/Manager for one of our partners, a pioneer in the Information Technology & Services industry!

THE ROLE

You lead the SAP function behind a large scale tax and revenue management platform. Every implementation, upgrade, rollout, and escalation across PSCD, FICA and Case Management runs through you and your team. Your job is to make sure the system is stable, compliant, and genuinely serving the business, while building a team of SAP consultants who can deliver at that level.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SAP consultants, driving high performance and career growth
  • Oversee SAP projects end to end, from requirements gathering through to deployment, on time and within budget
  • Manage SAP upgrades, implementations, and rollouts across PSCD (Tax and Revenue Management), FICA and Case Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for SAP escalations and drive issues through to resolution
  • Ensure the stability, security, and performance of SAP systems, working with internal teams and external vendors when needed
  • Monitor and optimise SAP processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency
  • Translate business needs into actionable SAP solutions that meet both business and compliance requirements
  • Build the long term SAP strategy and roadmap in line with business objectives
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process streamlining, and new technology within the SAP environment
  • Lead training and knowledge transfer so end users get real value from the system

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience working with SAP systems, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Strong hands on experience with SAP S/4HANA, PSCD/TRM, FICA and Case Management
  • Proven track record of full SAP implementations and system upgrades
  • Understanding of Egyptian tax law and legislation, and IFRS
  • Experience leading change management and process improvement within SAP environments
  • Knowledge of SAP integration with other enterprise systems preferred
  • Consulting experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work confidently with business leaders and technical teams alike
