WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead programme governance, executive reporting, escalations, prioritisation and budgeting
- Help shape the SAP and connected applications strategy, roadmap and investment plan
- Deliver S/4HANA programmes from business case through design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, stabilisation and handover to support
- Set up delivery plans, stage gates, quality assurance, change control and benefits tracking
- Own annual and multi year budgets, forecasts, accruals and variances
- Manage SOWs, fixed price and T&M engagements, change requests, milestones and vendor invoices
- Hold system integrators and vendors accountable on scope, quality, staffing and commercials
- Identify and deliver AI use cases built on SAP processes and data, working with Data and AI teams
- Engage senior leaders across Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial and HR
- Manage risks across security, controls, SoD, audit, data and operational readiness
- Coach and develop project and workstream leads, and run non SAP initiatives where needed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Ideally 15+ years in SAP enabled transformation, enterprise applications or programme management
- Leadership of at least three full SAP deployments, each above USD 15 million, backed by references
- Strong system integrator and multivendor management, including contracts, commercials and dispute resolution
- Proven ownership of programme and portfolio budgets
- At least one AI use case delivered on SAP processes or data, from problem definition to value realisation
- Experience in chemicals, fertilisers, oil and gas, energy, petrochemicals or similar process manufacturing
- Deep functional expertise in at least one core SAP area, ideally FI/CO or MM/Procurement
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Finance, Business or similar; a Master's or MBA is an advantage
- PMP, PgMP, MSP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate or SAP functional certifications are a plus
YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU
- Can challenge a system integrator firmly and still keep the relationship working
- Are as comfortable with a budget variance as with a cutover plan
- Think in business outcomes, not just go live dates
- Lead distributed, multicultural teams with confidence
- Want AI to be part of how SAP delivers value, not an afterthought
WHY THIS ROLE
You'll own a major SAP transformation portfolio at a global manufacturer, with real budget authority, executive visibility and the chance to bring AI into the heart of core business processes.
