Buscamos un/a SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant con experiencia avanzada en Employee Central (EC) para sumarse a un proyecto de implementación y optimización de soluciones SAP SuccessFactors.

La posición tendrá un fuerte componente hands-on, combinando configuración de Employee Central, reporting, analytics e integraciones. Trabajarás directamente con stakeholders para relevar necesidades, diseñar soluciones, configurar la plataforma y acompañar las distintas etapas del proyecto hasta el go-live y soporte posterior.

Buscamos una persona con sólido conocimiento funcional y técnico de SuccessFactors, capaz de traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones concretas y de trabajar de manera autónoma en un entorno de proyectos.

🚀 ¿Qué vas a hacer?

  • Liderar o participar en implementaciones end-to-end de SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, desde el relevamiento de requerimientos hasta el go-live.
  • Diseñar y configurar componentes de Employee Central, incluyendo:
  • Business Rules
  • Workflows
  • MDF Objects
  • Position Management
  • Foundation Objects
  • Employee y Job Data Models
  • Time Off
  • Diseñar y mantener reports y dashboards utilizando Story Reports, Advanced Reporting, Ad Hoc Reporting y People Analytics.
  • Diseñar e implementar integraciones entre SuccessFactors y sistemas SAP o de terceros.
  • Trabajar con herramientas como Integration Center, SAP CPI y middleware platforms.
  • Integrar SuccessFactors con soluciones como SAP ECP/Payroll, SAP S/4HANA y otras plataformas mediante APIs y conectores.
  • Traducir requerimientos de negocio en functional specifications y technical configuration documents.
  • Liderar o participar en workshops con stakeholders para definir procesos de HR, modelos de datos y requerimientos del sistema.
  • Participar en procesos de data migration, incluyendo mapping, transformación, validación e importación/exportación de datos.
  • Acompañar actividades de UAT, regression testing, cutover y go-live.
  • Brindar soporte post go-live, troubleshooting y recomendaciones de mejora continua.
  • Mantenerte actualizado/a respecto de los quarterly releases de SAP SuccessFactors y sus nuevas funcionalidades.
  • Documentar configuraciones, integraciones y lógica de reporting para facilitar el soporte y knowledge transfer.

🔎 ¿Qué buscamos?

  • 4+ años de experiencia hands-on implementando SAP SuccessFactors, con fuerte foco en Employee Central.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de configuración de Employee Central, incluyendo Business Rules, Workflows, MDF, Position Management y Foundation Objects.
  • Experiencia comprobable con herramientas de reporting como:
  • Story Reports
  • Ad Hoc Reports
  • Advanced Reporting
  • People Analytics
  • Sólida experiencia trabajando con integraciones, incluyendo Integration Center, SAP CPI y herramientas de middleware.
  • Experiencia con APIs e integraciones basadas en OData / SFAPI.
  • Conocimiento sólido de procesos de HR, especialmente Hire-to-Retire, Organizational Management y Time Off.
  • Certificación SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, requisito excluyente.
  • Experiencia en migración y validación de datos mediante templates de Import/Export.
  • Excelentes capacidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
  • Muy buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar directamente con stakeholders.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades y proyectos simultáneamente.

  • Compensation
  • Performance & Goals
  • Experiencia integrando SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Conocimientos de SQL, JSON y XML para troubleshooting de integraciones.
  • Experiencia previa trabajando en consultoría, sistemas integradores o SAP Partners.
  • Experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías Agile o híbridas.
  • Experiencia participando en proyectos internacionales o con equipos distribuidos.
