Strategic Agency Sales2（SAS2）について

私たちは、SmartNewsの広告事業の中で、広告代理店を担当するチームです。広告事業は会社の収益の柱であり、持続的な成長に大きく貢献しています。大規模なクライアントネットワークを持つ広告代理店領域ならではのインパクトの大きさや、多様なブランドの広告戦略や課題に日々向き合いながら、事業成長に貢献しています。

このポジションは、Account Executiveとして、担当代理店との関係を中長期で拡大し、チーム売上を牽引する役割を担います。単なる案件対応に留まらず、代理店上位層や主要ステークホルダーとの信頼構築、アカウントプランの策定、提案機会の創出、社内外を巻き込んだ案件推進を通じて、SmartNews Adsの採用拡大と継続的な成長を実現していただきます。

業務内容

  • 代理店・主要広告主の事業課題、KGI/KPI、商流を踏まえたアカウントプランを策定し、四半期・通期での取引拡大をリードする。
  • 代理店上位層や意思決定者とのリレーションを構築し、既存予算のシェア拡大および新規予算獲得に向けた提案機会を自ら創出する。
  • Google、Meta、LINE、Yahoo!等を含む統合メディアプランニングの中でSmartNews Adsの価値を定義し、役割整理・KPI設計・投資対効果まで踏み込んだ提案を主導する。
  • 配信実績や業界・競合動向をもとに課題を構造化し、運用・プロダクト・計測・クリエイティブを横断した改善戦略を設計する（AIツールも活用）。
  • 社内外の関係者を巻き込み案件を推進し、再現性のある勝ち筋を型化していく。個人の成果だけでなく、勝ち筋の横展開やチームへの知見共有を通じて、組織全体の営業力向上にも貢献していただきます。

Requirements

応募要件（必須）

  • デジタル広告領域における営業またはアカウントマネジメント経験5年以上
  • 広告代理店またはメディア/プラットフォームにおいて、顧客課題の発見から提案・受注・継続拡大まで一貫して担った経験
  • 複数のステークホルダーを巻き込みながら、売上目標やKPI達成に向けて自ら計画しやり切った実績
  • 統合マーケティング、媒体特性、商流を踏まえて、論理的に提案ストーリーを構築できる力
  • 顧客成果と自社収益性の両立を意識し、優先順位付け・案件推進・関係構築を高いレベルで実行できる力
  • 週3日以上、東京オフィスで勤務可能であること

歓迎する経験・スキル

  • 広告代理店に対する営業経験、または大手代理店との折衝経験
  • SmartNews Ads、ディスプレイ広告、運用型広告いずれかの深い知識・実務経験
  • Google Ads、Meta、LINE、Yahoo!等を含むクロスメディア提案や運用知見
  • 大型案件・複雑案件における社内外プロジェクトマネジメント経験
  • ナレッジ共有、営業プロセス改善などチーム成果への貢献経験
