Görevleriniz arasında şunlar bulunacak:

  • Tüm gelen aramaları ve e-postaları yanıtlamak.
  • Potansiyel katılımcılarla satış görüşmeleri yapmak.
  • Kurs detaylarını sunmak.
  • Satış hunisini takip etmek ve CRM sistemine gerekli bilgileri girmek.

Requirements

Yüksek kaliteli performans için aradığımız beceri seti:

  • İyi derecede Türkçe ve İngilizce konuşabilme yeteneği.
  • Telefonla satış veya çağrı merkezi deneyimi veya müşteri desteği tecrübesi.
  • Kendini motive edebilen, hedeflere ulaşmayı seven ve satış yaptıkça motivasyon kazanan.
  • Genç, enerjik ve dinamik (ki biz öyleyiz 😄).
  • Bağımsız çalışabilme yeteneği.
  • Problem çözme yeteneği ve inisiyatif alma kapasitesi.
